We are not be able to accommodate changes to charms, chain, or sizing once orders are placed.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to the customization of our products.
Replacement Guarantee Period: If a charm falls off and is lost within 14 days of receiving your item, we will send you a replacement of the same charm with a jump ring and instructions on how to replace the charm. If you are local to the Tacoma area, we are able to meet in-person and will be able to replace and reattach the charm for you.
